The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The CNC Operator will ensure that all products meet quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines, including milling and turning centers, to produce high-quality components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements. Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy of parts. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Package finished products according to company standards for shipment or storage. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Document production data and maintain records of completed jobs. Qualifications Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with CAM programming is a plus. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes. Experience with stamping presses or welding operations is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a warehouse setting and adapt to various tasks as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
