The individual in this role will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce precision parts. Tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, programming machines, setting up tools, ensuring parts meet specifications through measurement and inspection, performing routine machine maintenance, and keeping a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Experience with CNC lathe operation and setup Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Skills in programming CNC machines Knowledge of measurement and inspection techniques to ensure parts meet specifications Ability to perform routine machine maintenance Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Relevant certifications or vocational training in CNC machining Experience in a manufacturing environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
