What You’ll Be Doing:

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality custom millwork products.
Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and precision.
Select appropriate tools, materials, and machine settings to achieve desired outcomes.
Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to keep CNC machines running smoothly.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet exact specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with a skilled team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing or millwork environment.
Strong ability to program, set up, and operate CNC machinery (experience with CNC routers is a plus!).
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, CAD files, and technical drawings.
Mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to precision and quality.
A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced production setting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
