CNC Set Up Operator – 1st shift 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Pompano Beach, FL 33069 We are seeking CNC Operators for one of our clients in the Pompano Beach area.

Monday –
Friday:
6:00am-2:30pm / 2:30pm-10:00pm /
Pay:
$21/hr + 15% differential per shift
Work Duties and Responsibilities:
Reads Programs, Identify Errors, Sets Up Machines, Performs Offsets on turning machine centers Selects appropriate work holding and secures the workpiece in the CNC Loads and secures cutting tools Set up and operation of machine and observes cutting operation Compares completed workpiece with blueprint with regards to specific metric measurements based on pre-determined inspection cycle for the product Alerts lead of any non-compliant completed workpiece prior to continuing production Accurately completes required quality and production control documents Setting new tooling and offsetting tool/program as required
Requirements:
3 to 5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to set up and operator CNC machining centers
