Job Description:

Seeking a CNC and UV Flat Bed Set-Up Machine Operator to perform daily task as required relative to primary production utilizing a UV Flat Bed printer and CNC Router. The position involves printing, handling, mounting/trimming, setting up, and operating machines to produce precision components while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Execute the Set-up print/cut and production of finished goods Interprets engineering drawings and specifications Establish tool offsets and edit programs as required to produce first articles as well as final production Ensure maximum machine efficiency while completing orders on-time and in accordance with customers’ expectations. Operate Large UV Printer & CNC. Must maintain machine logs and make adjustments as needed; inform supervisor of equipment problems should they arise Maintain Equipment, as required by published service articles Maintain inventory supplies as needed Use graphic tools and chemicals safely and with proficiency, including but not limited to: UV inks, cleaning solvents, precision or utility knife, metal straight edge, measuring tape, calipers transfer tape, table rotor, arbor press, rubbing alcohol, and other materials related to the production of graphics and panel substrates Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position and other production machines as required i.e. wire processing and crimp machines Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Machining Micrometer Precision measuring instruments Pallet Jack Certification Forklift Certification Electric Pallet Jack Certification Must be familiar with coding and design work
