We are looking for experienced candidates to work as part of our team manufacturing and processing urethane foam and fiber reinforced panels for the marine industry. The right candidate must be detail oriented, have good critical thinking skills, be organized and have great attention to detail. They must be able to follow product specifications to complete the job and willing to work as part of a team in a non-climate controlled warehouse atmosphere. RiversEdge Composites is a key supplier of custom CNC urethane foam parts and preform foam parts for numerous premier boat builders in the southeastern United States.

Responsibilities of CNC Machinist:

set up and operate CNC Machines, to include loading the machine, tooling changes, program changes, monitoring feed and speed, tool touch off and offset changes to mill parts to spec finishing and inspecting of urethane sheet foam and fiber reinforced sandwich panels to customers specifications using CNC machine, power and hand tools maintenance of tools and machinery maintain a clean, neat organized and safe work environment

SKILLS:

experience with CNC preferred and good with hand and power tools operate forklift excellent attention to details, mechanically inclined good communication and critical problem solving skills must be able to lift 50 lbs. must be a team player, punctuality is key, safety is a must

EDUCATION

: HS diploma or

GED OTHER

valid drivers license willing to work in non-climate controlled manufacturing factory environment checking or savings account for direct deposit of pay pass drug screening, background and reference checks
