Job Description
Foil Stamp/Embosser Machine Operator Printed Specialties, Inc. 940 Columbia Drive, Carrollton, GA 30117 Overview We are Printed Specialties and we produce folded cartons. We are seeking a foil stamp/embossing machine operator to join our team. This position will train on 1st shift and then be assigned to 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of machinery and a strong understanding of print production processes. Duties Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime Ability to follow our production schedule based on order delivery dates and plan your workload accordingly Examine job orders to determine quantity and special printing instructions Pull and inspect samples and notify our quality team in the event quality standards are not being met Complete necessary documentation to support tasks noted above Make sure all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in the assigned area Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Qualifications Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or print environment. Experience in troubleshooting machinery Clear vision, correct color perception, and hand-eye coordination are crucial Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the production process Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
