The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, including milling machines and press brake machines, within a factory or manufacturing facility. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for producing precision parts and components by following detailed specifications and blueprints. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment. Duties Operate CNC machines, including milling machines and press brake machines, to produce high-quality parts. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations. Set up and adjust machine tools for optimal performance and efficiency. Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers to ensure precise measurements. Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning. Package finished products according to company standards for shipment or storage. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role within a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred. Proficiency in operating milling machines, press brake machines, and other CNC equipment. Familiarity with machining processes and assembly line operations. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex instructions accurately. Basic understanding of hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers.
