The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring computer systems and machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This role requires a strong understanding of various manufacturing techniques and precision measuring instruments, as well as the ability to read blueprints and perform quality control checks. Duties Operate computer systems to control machinery and monitor production processes. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and machining. Perform quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers. Set up and operate press brake machines, stamping presses, and other manufacturing equipment. Collaborate with assembly line teams to optimize workflow and enhance productivity. Utilize CAM programming to improve manufacturing efficiency. Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed. Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with blueprint reading, quality control processes, and precision measuring instruments. Hands-on experience with press brake machines, stamping presses, CAM programming, and machining is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
