• Your profile:
• Youre excited to learn and grow in a hands-on role
• Open to working in areas like Sorting, Turning, Grinding, Finishing, Quality Assurance, or a combination
• Ready to participate in training held on 1st shift for at least 2 weeks
• Your tasks:
• Meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards
• Measure and inspect parts for blueprint accuracy using precision tools
• Communicate key details during daily shift changeovers
• Complete and verify all required paperwork
• Prepare and check containers, ensuring correct labels and part counts
• Perform quality control checks in line with the Control Plan
• Adjust machines when needed and record changes as required
• Keep the workspace safe, clean, and well-organized
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

  $1.50/hour for 2nd Shift and $2.00/hour for 3rd Shift
