- Your profile:
- Youre excited to learn and grow in a hands-on role
- Open to working in areas like Sorting, Turning, Grinding, Finishing, Quality Assurance, or a combination
- Ready to participate in training held on 1st shift for at least 2 weeks
- Your tasks:
- Meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards
- Measure and inspect parts for blueprint accuracy using precision tools
- Communicate key details during daily shift changeovers
- Complete and verify all required paperwork
- Prepare and check containers, ensuring correct labels and part counts
- Perform quality control checks in line with the Control Plan
- Adjust machines when needed and record changes as required
- Keep the workspace safe, clean, and well-organized
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

$1.50/hour for 2nd Shift and $2.00/hour for 3rd Shift
