YOU WILL BE WORKING IN A PRODUCE ENVIROMENT MANAGING OVER A SHRINK WRAP MACHINE AS WELL AS A PRODUCE LINE. FDA REQUIRMENTS WOULD BE A KEY REQUIRMENT AS WELL WHICH WE WILL GO OVER WITH YOU IN THE INTERVIEW PROCESS.
Duties Operate CNC machines, including milling machines, to produce precision parts according to specifications. Program and set up machines for production runs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products. Assemble components as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the process. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment, specifically with CNC machinery. Strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application in manufacturing processes. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Familiarity with programming CNC machines, particularly Fanuc systems is preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately. Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced factory setting while adhering to safety standards.
