The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery, ensuring precision and quality in the production process. This role requires a strong understanding of programming, quality control, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced factory environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines, including programming and setup for various production runs. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality control checks on finished products to meet specifications and standards. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure efficient workflow and production goals are met. Utilize additional machinery such as stamping presses, press brake machines, and welding equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in fabricating parts and components as required by production schedules. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a factory setting. Proficiency in CNC programming and operation of Fanuc systems is preferred. Familiarity with forklift operation and safety practices is a plus. Experience with stamping presses, press brake machines, welding, and fabrication techniques is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control processes. Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment while maintaining productivity standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
