Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications
• Program machines using programming languages
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Assemble components and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Package finished products for shipping

Experience:

• Previous experience operating CNC milling machines is required
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and measuring instruments
• Basic math skills for performing calculations and measurements accurately
