CNC Plasma Table Operator / Press Break Operator Gulfside Fab 1147 Old Spanish Trail Hwy Highway, Broussard, LA 70518 CNC Operator Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a keen attention to detail, a strong understanding of machining processes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Set up and operate CNC machines, including CNC Plasma Table and Press Break Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production. Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers to verify dimensions of finished products. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Assist in programming CNC machines using CAD & Fusion Monitor machine operations for quality control, making adjustments as necessary. Operate additional equipment such as press brake machines, forklifts, and cranes as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous experience operating CNC machinery is required; familiarity with CNC Plasma Table, Press Break, Drafting on CAD are Fusion. Knowledge CAD / Fusion and other drafting software to CNC operations. Fabrication background is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues effectively.
