Pay:

$20.00-$22.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8-10 hour shifts

What You’ll Need:

4 years of CNC or related experience in a manufacturing setting Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Solid understanding of design principles, mathematics, mechanics, and production processes Technical proficiency and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics Recent trade school graduates with relevant CNC coursework are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

Program and operate CNC machines using technical drawings and blueprints Cut, shape, drill, and finish materials with precision and accuracy Select appropriate tools and settings for each production task Monitor machine operations, inspect finished parts, and ensure product quality Perform routine maintenance, calibrations, and adhere to safety protocols Keep accurate production and quality logs to support smooth shift transitions
