Differential Your Expertise:

3-5years of experience machining in an aerospace environment Three (3) ormore years of experience setting up and operating CNC Devlieg MillingMachines Needs to be familiar with Fanuc controls; willing to crosstrain on various operations/equipment Strong mathematical skills andknowledge of GD&T Familiar with Statistical Process Control (SPC)Willing to learn basic CNC Programming Is your expertise different fromthe above? YourChallenge:

Perform complex set ups, edits and operate established andNPI jobs with minimal supervision ensuring parts conform tospecifications and requirements. Make modifications or adjustments asnecessary Verify dimensions using standard measuring instruments, suchas micrometers, depth gage, height gage, and vernier Read and interpretblueprints and operations sheets Work with engineering departmentregarding material conditions, best positioning of part, tool pressure,etc. as required Detect faulty operations and materials and report thesealong with other problems to immediate supervisor

EducationRequirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required This positionis a safety sensitive position. Applicant must comply with allapplicable FAA and DOT drug and alcohol testing rules.
