The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machinery and a strong understanding of machining processes. This role involves operating CNC machines to produce precision parts while ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines and other related equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations. Conduct regular inspections of finished products using tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure compliance with specifications. Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and materials handling within the manufacturing facility. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines at all times. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, tooling, and logic controllers is essential. Familiarity with machining processes and materials handling techniques is a plus. Experience with CAM programming is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance in all aspects of work.
