CNC Router Operator Mid-Atlantic Wood Products 225 Dewey Elder Lane, Taylorsville, NC 28681 We are looking for a motivated Router Operator with the willingness to learn. No experience is needed. We can train you! Pay will be based on any previous experience. The job will include setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery. You’ll ensure the efficiency of production. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to perform the job better, so you should have willing to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.

CNC Router Operator I Schedule:

4:30pm – 3:00am Monday- Thursday. Fridays as needed based on production demand. Job Description All applicants must successfully pass a drug test and if hired will be subject to an E-Verify screening. Job Summary o Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc. o Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc. Essential Functions of Job Sets up router table to ensure proper part location and vacuum hold down. Starts router and monitors dimensions of processed wood stock to verify conformance to specifications using ruler and caliper. Inspects materials before and after cutting. Off bears cut product. Pushes stock to / from machine. Education and Qualifications One to three years of experience operating a CNC router in an industrial environment. Able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Constant standing. frequent walking, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending at waist. Able to read and understand a shop tag. Able to read a caliper and tape measure.
