If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, a dedication to quality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour shifts , offering an excellent work-life balance. Responsibilities As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be a key player in our high-production manufacturing facility.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Operating and monitoring CNC Routers to produce custom closet components. Operating, adjusting, and performing routine maintenance on Edgebanding Machines. Scheduling and prioritizing daily production tasks to ensure timely completion and maximize efficiency. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications High mechanical aptitude is essential. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong mathematical skills and basic computer proficiency . Ability to learn quickly by listening and observing. High energy level and a positive attitude. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Enjoy physical work and the satisfaction of producing tangible goods. Demonstrated commitment and respect for your work and the company. Must be able to perform heavy lifting . Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test is mandatory. Previous woodworking or cabinet making experience is a significant advantage. Compensation & Growth This position offers a competitive starting wage of $22+ per hour, depending on experience (DOE) .
