Job Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable CNC Punch Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Kernersville. If you’re experienced with CNC punch machines, detail-oriented, and ready to work a steady day shift with long weekends off, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and program various CNC punching machines to punch designated patterns in sheet material. Reprogram machines based on material thickness, part orientation, and quantity. Read and interpret travelers to identify correct material for production. Download programs and load tools into the punch press. Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and other inspection equipment. Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.

Requirements:

Previous experience operating CNC punch or turret press machines. Ability to read blueprints and production travelers. Comfortable using measurement tools for quality control. Basic computer skills to download and adjust programs. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
