Job Description
Dixon Quick Coupling is looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in Dallas, NC! The CNC Operator will be required to operate a computer numerical controlled (CNC) mills and lathes to produce precision metal components and inspect product to drawing specifications. This person would need to be able to read blueprints and work with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to perform inspections. RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Operate multiple CNC machines + Participate in training and learn about Dixon products + Work safely around equipment and co-workers + Daily maintenance activities + Flexibility with rotating assignments + Work as part of a team
QUALIFICATIONS
+ High School diploma or equivalent + 2 years of CNC Setup preferred + Manufacturing / Machine Shop experience required + Mechanical aptitude + Great attitude and attendance + Ability to use measuring tools and read blueprints + Ability to use shop mathematics + Ability to stand for 8 hours + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds over the course of a shift + Willingness to learn new things and be part of a team The Dixon Group is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices and laws.
