CNC Operator 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Mooresville, NC 28115 Join a leading global manufacturer of performance fluid transfer systems, as a CNC Tube Bender at our Mooresville, NC facility. In this hands-on role, you will set up and operate CNC tube bending machines and perform manual and hand bending tasks. You’ll work from technical drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs) to produce high-quality tube assemblies. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC tube bending machines (and dedicated manual benders) according to program specifications and standards. Produce precision tube parts and assemblies following work instructions, engineering drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs). Inspect bent tubing and assemblies using coordinate measuring machines (CMM), fixtures, gauges, and other precision tools to verify tolerance and quality. Adhere to company procedures, ISO9001 quality standards, and safety protocols in all operations. Maintain tooling, gauges, and equipment in clean, working order; perform basic preventive maintenance on machines. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop new bending programs, test prototypes, and continuously improve processes. Assist with related tasks in assembly, warehouse, shipping, and receiving as needed. Qualifications Experience in CNC tube bending machines. Proficiency with CNC bending software and machine controls. Strong skills in full-cycle tube assembly from bending through final assembly. Experience using precision measurement tools (CMM, calipers, height gauges, etc.) to meet tight tolerances. Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and engineering prints. High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training or certification is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
