Job Description:

Operator 4, CNC
The CNC Operator is responsible for independently operating and optimizing CNC machinery to achieve high productivity, precision, and consistent product quality. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, setup, and programming to addressplex machine issues, improve performance, and meet strict quality standards. The Operator also plays a key role in driving continuous process improvements, ensuring smooth operations, and mentoring junior operators.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate assigned mechanical equipment
Conduct quality control checks on produced items
Perform advanced troubleshooting and adjustments
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications
Utilize required gaging instruments
Complete all necessary documentation accurately
Maintain cleanliness of work area according to 5S standards
Adhere to all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Competencies
Ability to interpret work instructions
Proficient in following written and verbal directions
Intermediate verbal and writtenmunication skills
Intermediate mathematical skills
Intermediate use of required gaging instruments
Intermediate use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instruments
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Proficiency in handlingplex issues and problems
Comprehensive working knowledge of subject matter
