This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment and is willing to work extended hours as needed to meet production demands. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines and manual equipment (mills, lathes, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Program CNC machines using G-code and/or CAM software Perform inspections and quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Troubleshoot and adjust machines during production to ensure quality and efficiency Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times Requirements 5+ years of CNC machining experience, including manual machine operation Strong understanding of CNC programming and setup Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility to work either 1st or 2nd shift as needed Willingness to work overtime and extended hours as workload demands High attention to detail and commitment to quality Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent hours with potential for overtime Opportunity to work with a skilled and supportive team Long-term employment with room for growth Apply Today!
