Job Description
CNC Set-Up Operator Accentuate Staffing Raleigh, NC 27604 Accentuate Staffing is assisting an electronics manufacturer in the Raleigh area who is hiring a CNC Setup Operator to join their team. This is a great opportunity working on 1st shift Monday through Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and prepare CNC machines for production runs, including tool changes, fixture setup, and material loading. Interpret engineering drawings and program CNC machines accordingly. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Operate CNC lathes, mills and making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise to include disassembling equipment and editing programming. Document machine settings, production data, and any maintenance or troubleshooting activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC machining is a plus. Proficiency in reading and blueprints. Proven experience as a CNC Setup Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
