AM Pay:

$20•22/hr + shift differential (based on shift & experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate punch/laser machines to produce precision parts from technical drawings Run quality checks using standard measuring tools Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothly Work across multiple machine types for variety and challenge Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong basic math and computer skills A self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team
