You’ll join the team at a fast-paced manufacturer that truly appreciates its employees. Previous experience is preferred but not required! Responsibilities of the CNC Operator Produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine Perform finishing, quality assurance, assembly, or secondary operations while machine is running Maintain equipment and supplies; change out worn tooling as needed Operate fabrication equipment as required (Robodrill, Bridgeport, Prototrak, Miter Saw, Recut Saw) Maintain quality and safety standards Keep records Work as part of a team to achieve goals Perform additional tasks as assigned Qualifications of the CNC Operator High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of prior machine operator experience desired Team player with good communication skills Basic computer skills preferred Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools and equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Openings for this CNC Operator position are available working Monday through Thursday from 5:00am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-1:00am, with overtime on Fridays, as well as a unique weekend shift (working 36 hours but paid for 40 hours) of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00am-5:00pm.
