Responsibilities:

Set up CNC machines for production runs Inspect fabricated products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet exact specifications. Perform tasks which require strong math and computer skills. Read blueprints Operate fork trucks to move stock within the facility Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize safety and efficiency. Load raw materials and workpieces into machines. Maintain quality standards by monitoring operations, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, and replacing worn tooling. Perform other assigned tasks as requested by management. Must have good hand eye coordination and physically be able to keep up with the workload. Perform long periods of standing, bending, carrying, stooping and moving within the machine shop area for entire scheduled shifts.

• Must follow all company and OSHA policies, procedures, and guidelines including following company PPE requirements
• Will perform scheduled maintenance and keep machine clean
• Must perform quality checks on the finished product to ensure they meet the designed criteria
• Will also help fabricate and with general warehouse work when not operating the CNC
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation
• Ability to use hand and power tools, including but not limited to Hammers, Metal Files, Grinders, Saws, Drills, and Measuring Tools
• Various other shop responsibilities as needed, such as forklift operation, table saw operation, finishing of material, folding and assembly of panel cladding or mock-ups

Qualifications:

Experience working with aluminum materials or similar lightweight metals preferred but not required Experience with 5-Axis CNC machines preferred but will train the right candidates Ability to lift up to 70lbs If you are passionate about precision manufacturing and have the skills necessary for this role, we encourage you to apply.
