• Operating machinery such as CNC lathes, mills, saws, and other auxiliary equipment to produce components to blueprint specifications
• Performing post-machining operations such as deburring, filing, and sanding
• Checking components for conformity based on a pre-defined inspection plan by usage of gauging equipment
• Maintaining a neat and clean machine and work area
• Recording and reporting daily production figures to our ERP system, Acumatica
• Observing and maintaining basic machine maintenance and input levels
• Recognizing deviations in components and in machine performance, reporting to the Cell Lead
• Demonstrating dependable, reliable, safe work Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience with CNC mills and/or lathes preferable
• Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators)
• Great communicator
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Starting pay is $17.50/hr for applicants without experience. Applicants with proven experience that are offered a position can expect a higher starting wage, dependent on the individual’s skill level
