What You’ll Do:
As a CNC Machine Operator , you’ll be hands-on with cutting-edge machinery, turning raw material into mission-critical parts. Your attention to detail, mechanical know-how, and ability to work with precision will directly impact the success of every job.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of CNC machines and interfaces Optimize feeds and speeds for efficient production Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T specs Use calipers and other precision measuring tools Perform on-the-fly program edits and suggest tooling improvements Meet or exceed setup and production time goals Contribute to special projects and customer-driven deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
