The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting up and operating five-axis CNC lathes and Swiss machines, along with strong blueprint reading and first article inspection capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate 5-axis CNC lathes and Swiss machines Perform multiple setups daily, including adjusting tool lengths and offsets Conduct first article inspections and ensure quality throughout production Assemble and preset tooling during automated cycles to minimize downtime Machine a variety of materials including stainless steel, brass, and aluminum Utilize blueprints, specifications, and GD&T principles to maintain precision

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship preferred Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CNC lathe setup and operation (5-axis preferred) Proficiency in GD&T, blueprint reading, and troubleshooting quality issues Experience using Esprit CAM software is a plus
