Operate, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machines (including Swiss Lathes) with minimal supervision. Responsible for debugging processes, performing edits, ensuring product quality, and training operators.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of CNC equipment, tooling, G/M codes, and blueprints (GD&T) Setup, program loading, material handling, and first-piece validation Identify and correct machining issues and process inefficiencies Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and machine cleaning Proficient in Microsoft Office, Epicor Vista, Adobe Acrobat Adheres to safety, maintenance, and ISO procedures

Work Environment:

Exposure to mechanical parts, moderate noise, fumes, and occasional heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs). Requires standing, walking, climbing, and manual handling.
