As our company continues to grow, we seek a dedicated CNC Operator to aid in the production of our parts. You will set up and run various machine tools and help maintain a timely production schedule. Duties and Responsibilities

• Machines include 3-Axis CNC Mills and a Semi-Autonomous Surface grinder.
• Accurately set up production runs of preprogrammed parts and fixtures.
• Inspect and evaluate parts during a production run to ensure the parts are within tolerance.
• Adjust the machine, fixturing, and tooling if parts are out of tolerance.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean production area .
• Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities
• Through understanding of 3-Axis CNC Mills.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, G-code, tool lists, and setup sheets.
• Understanding of CAD CAM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of machine tooling and knowledge of basic metallurgy.
• Ability to communicate in a timely manner with other employees. Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience as a machinist is required. Physical Requirements
• Ability to operate and maintain machines as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs at a time
