CNC Waterjet and/or CNC Router Machine Operator (Full-time)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Waterjet and/or CNC Router machine operator with some programming knowledge to join a dynamic manufacturing team. The role involves operating cutting machinery to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications and company standards.
Work Schedule:
Training:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00
PM Regular Shift:
6:00 PM – 3:00
AM Key Responsibilities:
Operate and program CNC Waterjet or Router machines to accurately complete customer orders. Interpret job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material needs. Use quality inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers to maintain dimensional tolerances. Continuously measure workpieces to ensure consistent accuracy throughout operation. Prioritize workload to meet customer deadlines and company performance goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience operating CNC Waterjet or Router machines. Strong math and measurement skills, including fractions and decimals. Experience with CAD software is a plus. Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, stretch, and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. Able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
Minimum age requirement:
18 years or older.
