Job Summary CNC Lathe Operator willsetup, machine, and measure parts to close tolerance to supportwire rope hoist and component manufacturing. Principal Duties andResponsibilities /n 1. Work with supervisor on setting daily workflow/priorities /n 2. Read and interpret drawings /n 3. Setup,machine, and measure to specification /n 4. Maintain highestquality standards

• accept no defects, make no defects, pass nodefects /n 5. Communicate any challenges related to Safety,Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP) tosupervisor /n 6. Maintain a clean and organized work space /n 7.Innovate and collaborate with peers in your work area

00 per hour with progression to $23.00per hour. Pending experience level determines starting hourly rate.

) /n 1. Ability to read and interpretmachining drawings /n 2. Experience in CNC Lathe machine setup andoperation /n 3. Manual and NC machine experience a plus /n 4.Experience with and ability to use calipers, micrometers and otherprecision measuring tools /n 5. Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)experience a plus /n 6. High sense of urgency and strong work ethic/n 7. Demonstrated ability and passion for high quality output /n8. Works well both independently and in a team environment /n /n

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent,technical/vocational school a plus
