Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce precision parts Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Load raw materials and maintain tool calibration Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines Conduct quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred 1+ year of experience operating CNC machinery (or equivalent training) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Familiarity with G-code, M-code, and CNC programming basics a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

$22.00 – $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
