What We’re Looking For:

Experience with CNC machine operation or related technical training
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
Knowledge of metal materials and CNC programming
Comfortable working independently or in a team
Skilled in using gauges and measurement tools
Experience with material movement and computer systems
What You’ll Do as a

Brake Press Operator:

Set up and operate CNC machines for production runs
Adjust CNC programs to maintain precise tolerances
Inspect workpieces for conformance before and after processing
Perform machine startup and shutdown procedures
Stage raw materials for production tasks
Monitor machine performance and operations
Follow production schedules as directed by the Supervisor
Assist with loading and unloading materials when necessary
Identify and report defective materials or irregular conditions
