The CNC Operator willundertake a comprehensive array of responsibilities involving theoperation of CNC machines, secondary machines, and conductingquality inspections as necessary. Candidate must have CNC ormachining eperience. Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to,the following:

• A working knowledge of blueprints and tolerances.

Advanced print reading to include geometric tolerances, finishcallouts, and true positioning.

• A demonstrated ability to use thepre-setter, perform set-ups, to load/unload operations. /n /n
• Perform all routine maintenance on the machines as required by TPM./n /n
• The ability to use the DLOG system on the machine to enterthe correct work stoppage codes. /n /n
• A demonstrated ability toreset the tool life management correctly and understand programs.
