CNC Laser Operator Needed in Nashville, TN Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled CNC operator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, changing over machines, editing and troubleshooting CNC code, and conducting preventative maintenance on CNC machines. Responsibilities Set up and change over machines Edit and troubleshoot CNC code Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines Read and interpret blueprints Use measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures Essential Skills Machining Inspection Tape measure usage Micrometer usage CNC operation Lathe operation Mill operation Repair and troubleshooting Blueprint reading Machine operation Hand tool usage Calipers usage Production experience Manual assembly Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience operating overhead cranes Proficiency in reading blueprints Skilled in using various measuring devices Why Work Here? Work Environment This is a 2nd shift (1pm-9pm) paying up to $23/hr. The work environment includes operating various types of machinery and using hand tools. You will be expected to follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
