The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and precise operation of CNC equipment, with responsibilities ranging from tool maintenance to program execution and cross-training opportunities. Experience with WoodWOP6 or later is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC equipment, ensuring accurate execution of programs generated from Microvellum. Maintain all tooling, including drills and routers, ensuring they are sharp, calibrated, and in optimal working condition. Properly label and stack finished parts on pallets for further processing or shipment. Cross-train and operate a CNC dowel inserter to expand operational capabilities. Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform minor maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operation. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Perform other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience operating CNC machinery; familiarity with WoodWOP6 or later is a strong plus. Basic knowledge of Microvellum or similar design-to-manufacturing software. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and cross-train on other CNC equipment.
