Machine Operator/CNC Operator Zentech Consulting – 3.9 Smyrna, TN Job Details Full-time $16 – $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Machine operator experience Entry level Full Job Description Job Summary Responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of various machinery, including conventional, specialized, and computer numerical control (CNC) equipment. Equipment includes grinders, drills, presses, and other production machinery. Key Responsibilities and Duties Operates assigned equipment such as resistance welders, brake presses, mechanical power presses, saws, drills, and grinders, ensuring consistent achievement of production goals. Monitors machine performance during operation, identifies malfunctions, and performs minor adjustments or repairs as needed throughout the shift. Inspects finished workpieces to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards. Accurately completes required documentation, including process monitoring forms and production tickets. Packs finished products into appropriate dunnage and handles loading and unloading of materials. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and company procedures.
