2016 certified. We primarily serve the medical device industry but are looking to develop new relationships and grow. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Night Shift Machinist role located in the Memphis Metropolitan Area, the shift is from 1pm-11:30pm Monday through Thursday overtime is possible usually worked on Friday. As a Night Shift Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines used in the manufacturing process. Your day-to-day tasks will include operating machines, monitoring their operation, troubleshooting issues, performing quality checks, utilizing various gages and maintaining tools and coolants. You will also be responsible for following safety guidelines and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. Qualifications Prior experience as a machinist or in a similar role Proficiency in operating and maintaining CNC machines Knowledge of machine tools and their functions Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and precision Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Availability to work night shift (1pm-11:30pm Mon-Thurs) High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the role
