What You’ll Do:

- /n
CNC Operation:
Set upfull production cycle and operate CNC Lathe machines for tasks suchas turning, drilling, bar feeding, and live tooling. /n
- /n
MachineOptimization:
Optimize setup times, improve productivity, maintainoffsets, and maximize machine utilization. /n
- /n
BlueprintInterpretation:
Read and understand blueprints and routeinstructions. /n
- /n
GD&T Application:
Apply expertise inGeometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). /n
- /n
ProgramTroubleshooting:
Troubleshoot programs and make necessaryadjustments. /n
- /n
Inspection Process:
Follow in-process partinspection protocols and report non-conformance issues to theSupervisor/Lead. /n
- /n
Collaborative Communication:
Coordinatewith superintendents, managers, production control, and qualitypersonnel to resolve quality concerns. /n
- /n
Safety Compliance:
Work safely and consistently wear required PPE throughout theshift. /n
- /n
Shift Documentation:
Record and document issues for aseamless shift transition. /n
- /n
Preventive Maintenance:
Performdaily maintenance checks and document findings. /n /n
What You’llBring:
/n
- /n
Measurement Proficiency:
Knowledge of calipers,gauges, and other required measuring tools. /n
- /n
Math Skills:
Strong proficiency in basic math. /n
- /n
Documentation Skills:
Ability to accurately document machining procedures. /n
- /n
ToolingKnowledge:
Familiarity with metals, part-holding fixtures, andlathe/mill tooling. /n
- /n
Machine Experience:
Experience withOkuma, Mazak, and Mori lathe machines (preferred). /n
- /n
Communication:
Basic oral communication skills and the ability toread, comprehend, and complete logs and reports in English. /n
- /n
Physical Stamina:
Ability to handle heavy items, includinglifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning components. /n
- /n
Policy Compliance:
Availability to work scheduled hours andadhere to all company policies, including timekeeping. /n
- /n
Adaptability:
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shopenvironment and stand for an entire shift. /n

TechnicalKnowledge:
Strong understanding of machining practices, materials,and general mechanical principles. /n

Learn:
Eagerness to be trained and a desire to learn new skills. /n

Teamwork:
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment./n

Dependable with a strong work ethic and apositive attitude. /n /n

- Thursday, 9:00 PM
