Job Description
Seeking an experienced 5-axis CNC Mill Programmer to develop accurate CNC programs using Unigraphics NX8 for high-precision manufacturing involving titanium, stainless steel, and inconel.
Job Requirements:
5�10+ years of 5-axis CNC programming experience Proficient in Unigraphics NX8 Strong understanding of engineering drawings, standards, and specifications Proficient in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
Preferred Skills:
Experience programming parts in titanium, stainless steel, and inconel Knowledge of modern machine tool and cutter technology Familiarity with manufacturing processes and tooling requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Create accurate 5-axis mill CNC programs Produce or support the creation of drawings, specifications, and documentation for tools, fixtures, and gauges Determine optimal part processing methods Collaborate on machine tool and cutter selection based on part requirements Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Assembly teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance
