is an Equal Opportunity Employer Drug Free Workplace E-verify Your Mission Support and improve manufacturing processes in the manufacturing plant involving injection molding, mills, lathes and CNC multitask machines. How you will make a difference Analyze current processes and identify improvements by changing tooling and cutting processes to decrease cycle time and cost related to handling, quality and supply chain. Trouble shoot CNC machines regarding production and quality. Share knowledge and communicate with engineering department and machinists to ensure manufacturing requirements are clear. Create standard CNC programs and routers for processes that have been standardized. What you should be good at Minimum four years related manufacturing or process engineer experience Machining experience required in running different types of CNC equipment (Lathes, 3 or 5 axis mills or multitasking machines); ability to run a CNC machine required. Experience changing or generating CNC code/programs either conversational or with software Ability to read and understand G and M code required.
