CNC Machinist Programmer / Operator

Mon. – Fri. 7: 30am to 4: 00pm We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have strong technical machining knowledge, experience with CNC lathes and mills (Mazak, DMG/Mori), and a passion for precision manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up CNC lathes and milling machines Program complex multi-axis CNC lathes and mills (G-code and conversational programming) Read and interpret 2D blueprints and GD&T specifications Select appropriate tooling and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, etc. Maintain tolerances of +/- .001 Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues Perform and document routine maintenance Utilize electronic job tracking systems and maintain accurate job records Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
5+ years experience operating and setting up CNC lathes and mills High school diploma or GED; technical school or CNC programming certification required Strong understanding of tooling, inserts, and machining principles Skilled in reading blueprints, trigonometry, and part inspection Experience with high-performance alloys (e.
G., Inconel, stainless, copper/nickel) is a plus
