  education: High School Responsibilities  Operate CNC lathes and milling machines
• including program setup and running operations.

(Mazak, DMG/Mori)
 Program complex parts for CNC multi-axis lathes & mills (Use of G-code and/or conversational programming on
Mazak lathes & mills)
 Develop machine set-ups and program edits, ensuring programs are organized and preserved
 Understand geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T)
 Read and interpret 2-D shop prints
 Select proper tooling for production and manufacturing
 Work with tolerances to +

• .001″
   Maintain highest levels of quality
• as specified by customer requirements
   Inspect parts using a variety of equipment: micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, other as needed
   Demonstrate forward thinking to anticipate and avoid problems, and effectively trouble-shoot and resolve any
  problems that do arise
   Work with minimal supervision, but also engage productively within a team environment
   Update job paperwork, keeping it accurate and organized
   Use electronic Job Tracking system to ensure job status remains accurate and up-to-date
   Perform prescribed preventive maintenance on machines as required per M/M schedules
   Other duties may be assigned as necessary and appropriate The essential functions of this role include:
