Job Description
Description Develop, implement, and optimize CNC programs for complex machining operations. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create precise machining instructions. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials and operations. Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues to maintain production quality and efficiency. Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Train and mentor junior CNC programmers and machine operators. Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and machining techniques. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in a high-precision manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
