We’re a well-established manufacturing company (40+ years strong) and we’re hiring a CNC Programmer to join our growing team. If you have experience programming and running Haas 3-axis mills—especially with Mastercam—we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Programming CNC mills using Mastercam (or similar CAM software)
• Setting up and running HAAS 3-axis CNC machines
• Making precise parts based on engineering drawings and specs
• Checking your own work using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools
• Solving problems and keeping things running smoothly
• Keeping track of programs, tooling, and setups

Experience:

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM programming software (MASTERCAM

PREFERRED

)

• Strong understanding of CNC machining principles
• Experience with Haas 3 axis mill operations
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledge of geometry, math, and fabrication techniques

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CNC machining processes
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Position includes:
