What You’ll Do:
Master the setup of CNC Swiss Lathes with 5+ axis, plus 4-10 years of experience guiding your work. Employ your expertise in G-Code and M-Code to streamline machine operations. Prepare machines for production runs, optimizing for efficiency and excellence. Engage with advanced machining equipment and CNC Swiss lathes for detailed projects. Oversee machine maintenance and resolve any technical issues to ensure a smooth production line. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine machining practices. Enforce safety standards while keeping the workspace neat and organized. Verify product quality and precision, making necessary adjustments.
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record as a CNC Machinist with extensive CNC tooling knowledge. Strong abilities in both G-Code and M-Code programming. Hands-on experience with CNC lathes in a 5+ axis format. Knowledge of Star, Citizen, and Tsugami machinery. A keen eye for detail to maintain high-quality standards. Proficient in reading and interpreting complex technical documents. Exceptional problem-solving skills, both independently and in a team.
